I just wanted to thank the hospice team involved in my mother's care during her final days. Hospice was only called in a few days before she passed, but their care was extraordinary. Special thanks to Phil Hardy for his diligence and communication with the family. Hearth made her last few days comfortable and engaged her family in such a kind and professional way. They made the transition peaceful and sweet. I will always be grateful.

— Mary Ann H.

When my mother had a major stroke, we knew that hospice was our best option. My own doctor whole-heartedly recommended Hearth Hospice. The next few days were a bit of a blur, but Hearth was always close by when we needed help. They treated us like family, acting with complete care and compassion. I’m confident that my mom was comforted by their expertise and professionalism. I am grateful to Hearth for helping me and my dad handle the hardest week of our lives. I would trust them to approach any situation with great care, and I will recommend Hearth Hospice to anyone who needs this invaluable services.

— Drew and David Streip

May all the nurses and staff follow Lora Baker and take lessons from her in the way she cares for patients and their families. She is humble, kind, and gentle, and goes way beyond her duties in treating the many problems that arise. I will forever be grateful for her cutting my mother’s fingernails and toenails, shaving her face, and picking mother’s buggers out of her nose. That is what love is. She is Jesus’s hands and feet on this earth. She will have many stars in heaven. With love.

Ya’ll are all angels on earth. Your kind and thoughtful expression of sympathy is deeply appreciated and gratefully acknowledged. Thank you so much for the wonderful care you and your team gave to our precious Daddy!

As my husband always said, I need professional help. He got that help from Hearth Hospice. Everyone was so caring with their kindness, patience, and loving spirit to him. He always looked forward to the nurses coming. They would keep his spirits up. He got the professional help he was looking for. They helped to keep him from suffering. My thanks to Hearth Hospice nurses and staff.

— ArlJ. Dunn, Wife of the Patientene

How precious was your care of us during my husband’s last few days. Everyone you sent our way blessed us. I won’t try to name everyone in case I should miss someone. Just know how much we appreciated the loving and expert care you gave. You helped make these difficult days a bit easier and we will be forever grateful
